Do you want to get stronger and like working with a small group? I will be combining strength training, body weight training and conditioning to make the most of our 60 minutes together.
We will focus on improving muscular strength, cardio endurance and core stability and strength.
Each 60 minute session will include mobility and stretching, a strength component and a conditioning workout to make you sweat!!!
The Fall session starts the week of September 14th and will be 12 weeks in length.
